Mentee Requirements and Expectations
Thank you for your interest in joining Sisters in Faith as a mentee! Before you complete the application, please review the following requirements and expectations to ensure this program is a good fit for you.
Mentee Requirements:

Age: Must be between 13 and 18 years old.

Commitment: Willing to commit to the program for at least one year.

Parental/Guardian Consent: Must have consent from a parent or guardian to participate in the program.
Mentee Expectations:

Monthly Meetings: Meet with your mentor in person once a month for a minimum of two hours.

Weekly Check-Ins: Engage in weekly check-ins with your mentor via phone, text, or video chat.

Bible Study Attendance: Attend monthly Bible study sessions organized by Sisters in Faith.

Open Communication: Be open and honest with your mentor, sharing your thoughts, concerns, and goals.

Respect: Show respect to your mentor and all members of the Sisters in Faith community.

Effort: Put in effort to grow spiritually, personally, and academically, and be open to guidance and support.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn from your mentor and the Sisters in Faith community.
